Randy Fuller - Director of Finance

S. Randy Fuller brings over 28 year of experience as a CPA in the Health Care Field to Arkansas Specialty Orthopaedics as the Chief Financial Officer. He is married to Myra “Joey” Fuller, his wife of 34 years and has 3 boys Matt, Andrew and Tyler.

Sue Hibbs - Director of Operations

With over 20 years experience in health care, Sue Hibbs brings a strong technical as well as administrative background to ASO. Upon graduation from the University of Arkansas for
Medical Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology, Sue began a long
career with Arkansas Children's Hospital. She also obtained a Masters degree in Health
Services Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Sue resides in
Sherwood with her husband of over 20 years, Tim, their children Dylan and Maddie.

Kelly Newberg - Director of Human Resources

Kelly Newberg joined Arkansas Specialty Orthopaedics in 2001. Prior to joining ASO, she served
as the Human Resources Manager and Investor Relations Manager for Avert, Inc. in Fort Collins, Colorado, now a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing (ADP).

Additionally, she has been active in research on the topic of “Pre-employment Screening”, with several articles appearing in trade journals. She is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a Professional in Human Resources, graduated from the University of
Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and holds a Master’s Degree
in Human Resources Development from Colorado State University.

Heather Caracio - Director of Marketing

Heather M. Caracio earned her Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Troy State University and
her MBA with a focus in Marketing from Troy University. Most recently from New Jersey, Caracio worked for J.Crew, a retail apparel company. Prior to that she was the Licensing and Marketing Director for The Memory Company located in Columbus, Georgia.
