Jeanine A. Andersson, MD
Jeanine Andersson, MD, specializes in surgery of the hand and upper extremity. Using microsurgery and the latest minimally invasive techniques, Dr. Andersson treats work related injuries, fractures, degenerative diseases and deformities of the hand, elbow and arm.
Dr. Andersson is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and holds a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Hand and Microsurgery. She earned her medical doctorate from Southern Illinois in Springfield, Illinois. She came to Arkansas for the first time when she did her training in Orthopaedic Surgery at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and fell in love with the Natural State. After completing a year-long fellowship in Hand & Microsurgery at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina she returned to Little Rock.
She has a full and balanced life including a busy hand surgery practice and a wonderful home with her husband Thomas and four children, Piper, Mattias, Beckett and Winslow.
