Robert C. Matthias, M.D Robert C. Matthias, M.D. received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University of Medicine and completed an orthopaedic residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. He completed his fellowship in hand, upper extremity and microvascular surgery at the University of Florida in the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation. Dr. Matthias subspecializes in conditions of the upper extremity with special interest in the treatment of arthritis, nerve compression, and trauma. Dr. Matthias is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Matthias lives in Little Rock, AR with his wife, Alison and children Greer, Eliza and Henry. He enjoys upland bird and waterfowl hunting, pointing and retrieving dogs as well as whitewater and backcountry canoeing. |
