Ambulatory Surgery Center Director
Seeking an experienced individual to lead and direct operational and fiscal management of ambulatory surgical facility. Oversight includes revenue cycle and active involvement in vendor contracts, and budgetary planning and execution. Bachelor’s Degree a must; Master’s preferred. Call Center Manager (North Little Rock)
We are seeking a candidate who takes great pride in the caliber of service they and their team provide to external and internal customers, and who is capable of utilizing data and stakeholder input to identify find ways of constantly improving service quality and process. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the call center, and will plan, direct and organize the activities of the Call Center Team to maintain appropriate levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Candidates should have at least three years of successful call center management experience, along with verifiable analytical and process improvement skills. Healthcare experience not required. College degree not required. This exempt position will report to the Chief Operating Officer or designee.
