Ambulatory Surgery Center Director
Seeking an experienced individual to lead and direct operational and fiscal management of ambulatory surgical facility.  Oversight includes revenue cycle and active involvement in vendor contracts, and budgetary planning and execution.  Bachelor’s Degree a must; Master’s preferred.  Respond with resume and salary expectations.

Call Center Manager (North Little Rock)
We are seeking a candidate who takes great pride in the caliber of service they and their team provide to external and internal customers, and who is capable of utilizing data and stakeholder input to identify find ways of constantly improving service quality and process. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the call center, and will plan, direct and organize the activities of the Call Center Team to maintain appropriate levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Candidates should have at least three years of successful call center management experience, along with verifiable analytical and process improvement skills. Healthcare experience not required. College degree not required. This exempt position will report to the Chief Operating Officer or designee.

General Duties & Responsibilities
  • Motivate and manage the team that handles customer service inquiries via phone and/or a secure patient portal.
  • Ensure prompt, professional and courteous service is delivered to promote a productive and positive relationship with patients with particular sensitivity to the fact that they may not feel well.
  • Daily monitoring of operations to ensure adherence to service level standards and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Proactively isolate and identify areas of improvement within area of responsibility, with input of key stakeholders. Implement change plans as appropriate.
  • Interview and employ staff in coordination with Human Resources.
  • Coordinate daily workforce scheduling to match customer demands and maximum utilization of resources.
  • Communicate company goals and process changes to staff so every employee understands their role.
  • Review and finalize payroll and PTO requests.
  • Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for resolving issues.
 Experience and Other Requirements 
  • At least three years of successful call center management experience, along with verifiable analytical and process improvement skills.
  • Demonstrable history of being a proactive, detail-oriented leader, as well as demonstrating a motivational and energetic leadership style.
  • Experience with interviewing, performance appraisals and coaching.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Workforce scheduling experience required.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a professional and effective manner and exercise discretion on confidential matters.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
