Ambulatory Surgery Center Director
Seeking an experienced individual to lead and direct operational and fiscal management of ambulatory surgical facility. Oversight includes revenue cycle and active involvement in vendor contracts, and budgetary planning and execution. Bachelor’s Degree a must; Master’s preferred. Mid-Level Practitioners: (ACNP, NP, or PA-C)
Experience: Completed, or scheduled to complete accredited program leading to licensing as a mid-level to practice in Arkansas.
The Mid-level practitioner assists the physician with the evaluation and care of orthopaedic patients in a clinic setting. This includes initial patient evaluation, ordering diagnostic studies as indicated and presenting findings to physician to determine treatment plan. This position may also assists with the care and treatment of patients in a hospital setting by assisting the surgeon with surgery, documentation and patient follow-up.
Skills: Proven ability to work in electronic records environment. Ideal candidates have completed one or more clinical rotations focused on interviewing patients with orthopaedic issues to complete a detailed history and physical examination, and are familiar with various diagnostic tools used to determine appropriate treatment plan in coordination with a supervising physician. Applicants should have an interest in pursuing advanced knowledge as it relates to the care and treatment of patients with orthopaedic issues.

LPN: Clinical Assistant / Intake
Overview: If you have a drive to help patients, enjoy working with a collaborative team, have a clinical background, assist with patient care phone calls and surgery scheduling, we want to speak with you. Will work directly with physicians in a fast-paced clinical setting. Monday-Friday, no weekends, no call, no holidays or weekends. Experience: Experience in patient care and clinic activities. Skills: Sterile procedures, dressing changes, injections, patient care, diagnostics and surgery scheduling, pre-certifying test and procedures with insurance companies. Must have prior clinic experience and active Arkansas LPN license.
IT Support Specialist
Experience: The ideal candidate has worked in a team oriented environment to manage various HelpDesk tasks across computer, mobile and telephony devices. Maintains a strong focus on internal customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment. Assist providers and staff members maximize use of electronic and technical systems, deploy technology. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, and document details related to support issues. Must be well versed in Microsoft Windows OS and common enterprise applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills: Active certification (or ability to obtain) in an active technical competency with Microsoft or CompTIA is highly desired. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ IT experience.
Medical Account Specialist (Insurance Collections)
Experience: This individual will review incoming insurance payments to ensure accuracy according to contracted payment amounts. Account follow-up will include researching denials and providing additional information needed to consider claims, and working with individual physicians to provide necessary documentation. Must have an understanding of billing and collection practices, as well as familiarity with procedure coding and medical terminology.
Skills: Proven ability to work in electronic records environment. Experience with secondary insurance filings, and skills to navigate and research necessary information to reach resolution with insurance payors. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years’ experience working with patient accounts, insurance billing and insurance collections.
Experience: The credentialing specialist ensures that a health care facility and its staff’s credentials meet government and accrediting agency standards. Must be familiar with credentialing requirements, and frequency of re-certification. Experience will include contract review, medical terminology, superb computer skills (including spreadsheet and database use). They are well versed in communicating with providers, maintain excellent records, and are skilled in summarizing and reporting on a large quantity of data relative to individual providers, due dates, facilities, payors, etc.
Skills: Proven ability to work in electronic records environment. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience working in a medical environment, with duties that include credentialing. Prefer graduates of an accredited Health Information program.
Patient Service Representative (Clinic)
Experience: Front office experience working with patients and medical staff members to facilitate scheduling, check-in, check-out, and billing for patients in clinic. Must have prior experience with insurance, patient account/medical record software, customer service and billing process.
Skills: Knowledge of insurance plans, and billing guidelines. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills. Various schedules available.
