Ambulatory Surgery Center Director
Seeking an experienced individual to lead and direct operational and fiscal management of ambulatory surgical facility. Oversight includes revenue cycle and active involvement in vendor contracts, and budgetary planning and execution. Bachelor’s Degree a must; Master’s preferred. Mid-Level Practitioners: (ACNP, NP, or PA-C)
Experience: Completed, or scheduled to complete accredited program leading to licensing as a mid-level to practice in Arkansas.
The Mid-level practitioner assists the physician with the evaluation and care of orthopaedic patients in a clinic setting. This includes initial patient evaluation, ordering diagnostic studies as indicated and presenting findings to physician to determine treatment plan. This position may also assists with the care and treatment of patients in a hospital setting by assisting the surgeon with surgery, documentation and patient follow-up.
Skills: Proven ability to work in electronic records environment. Ideal candidates have completed one or more clinical rotations focused on interviewing patients with orthopaedic issues to complete a detailed history and physical examination, and are familiar with various diagnostic tools used to determine appropriate treatment plan in coordination with a supervising physician. Applicants should have an interest in pursuing advanced knowledge as it relates to the care and treatment of patients with orthopaedic issues.
We have roles in the following sub-specialties: Hand Clinic (Clinical, no surgery), Foot and Ankle (Surgical/Clinical), Joint Replacement (Surgical/Clinical), and Spine (Surgical/Clinical)
LPN: Clinical Assistant / Intake
Overview: If you have a drive to help patients, enjoy working with a collaborative team, have a clinical background, assist with patient care phone calls and surgery scheduling, we want to speak with you. Will work directly with physicians in a fast-paced clinical setting. Monday-Friday, no weekends, no call, no holidays or weekends. Experience: Experience in patient care and clinic activities. Skills: Sterile procedures, dressing changes, injections, patient care, diagnostics and surgery scheduling, pre-certifying test and procedures with insurance companies. Must have prior clinic experience and active Arkansas LPN license.
Patient Service Representative (MRI Center)
Experience: Front office clinical experience working patients and medical staff members to schedule diagnostic scans. Must understand billing processes and patient account software.
Skills: Work with patients checking in for diagnostic MRI scans to collect co-pays, discuss insurance verification, and bill completed scans. Familiar with billing process and ICD-9 / CPT coding. Proven ability to manage detail work with minimal mistakes. Expertise related to account review, and locating information in an electronic patient management system. The schedule for this position is: Monday/Friday 11:00a-8:00p.
Patient Service Representative (Clinic)
Experience: Front office experience working with patients and medical staff members to facilitate scheduling, check-in, check-out, and billing for patients in clinic. Must have prior experience with insurance, patient account/medical record software, customer service and billing process.
Skills: Knowledge of insurance plans, and billing guidelines. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills. Various schedules available.
