Have you ever noticed someone with a fit physique and asked, “How do you stay in shape?” Thanks to a recent survey, you may be able to make some educated guesses.

The American College of Sports released its ninth annual fitness trend forecast based on survey responses from thousands of professionals in the fitness industry. The survey was released in the November/December issue of American College of Sports Medicine’s Health & Fitness Journal.

The survey reveals that the top 10 fitness trends for 2015 are:

  1. Bodyweight training
  2. High-intensity interval training
  3. Educated, certified, and experienced fitness professionals
  4. Strength training
  5. Personal training
  6. Exercise and weight loss
  7. Yoga
  8. Fitness programs for older adults
  9. Functional fitness
  10. Group personal training
